It was a long struggle passing through the roughly dug, dark and dreary tunnel with hungry and fearful children being told not to cry or they might be caught. The babies and toddlers mouths were tied up by scarves so they don't cry out innocently. They weren't sure if they would finally make it to the other end and a thought even came across Ganga's mind ,"What if the news about the tunnel was false and they land up in the same country". She was worried as she had given away the only coin she was left with and had six children to feed till her husband could reach them. Read on for the complete story......

संस्कार वे कहते हैं कुछ सुना दो अपने संस्कारों की कथा सोच में पड़ गई यकायक, मन में जागी एक व्यथा कुछ ग्लानि, कुछ मंद मुस्कान दोनों का अहसास हुआ चलो सुनाती हूँ सबको, दूर कर अब अपनी यह दुविधा पहले पले थे कुछ हम, अपने बुजुर्गों के मत पर राह चुनी उनके सिखलाए हुए संस्कारों के पथ पर मगर परिवर्तन को संसार का नियम मान कर अब चलते हैं हम अपने ही बच्चों की चुनी राह पर भूल गई कब, कैसे जग में उपजी यह नई प्रथा बड़ों का कहना मानते, छोटों को मानने की मिली सदा जी जी करते,खुशामद कर अब हम सब जीते हैं अपनी ही औलाद के आगे हम नतमस्तक रहते हैं मॉं ने सिखाया था, भोजन पकाते हुए न चखते है उसको स्वच्छता पूर्वक पहले ईश्वर को अर्पित करते हैं मगर बच्चों के नख़रों से हम इतना डर जाते हैं पकाते हुए, परोसते हुए, हम पहले चख कर देखते हैं पिता ने सिखाया था, बेवजह के खर्चे न करने चाहिए जितने की हो आवश्यकता, उतना ही उपयोग में लाइये परन्तु अब एक नया समाज है, जहां होड़ करना एक अदा है दिखावे का जीवन, बे सिर पैर लालच वाली सभ्यता है दादी के सिखलाए संस्कारों की ओट लिए हम बड़े हुए सुबह सवेरे जल्दी उठ कर, हर दिन पहले नहाए धोए प्रभु का व अपने बड़ों का आशीर्वाद ले निवाला ग्रहण किया और अपनी औलाद को दिन चढ़े तक सोने का संस्कार दिया रात को जल्दी सोते थे, तो ऑंख ब्रह्म पहर खुल जाती थी अब हम देर रात तक टीवी देख, या फिर पार्टी कर थकते हैं सुबह को भजन कीर्तन समय का दुरुपयोग सा लगता है हम बच्चों के आलस में रंग, अपनी दिनचर्या बदलते हैं मगर इस बदलाव में एक ताज़ा कशिश सी भी दिखती है अब हम भी सोशल मीडिया पर, अपने गुणगान करते हैं न किया बखान कभी जिस मॉं के हाथों बने पकवानों का आज उसके सिखाए व्यंजन पका, हम इतराया करते हैं चाचा, मामा, बुआ व फूफा अब सब पराए लगते हैं मगर अपने जने इन बच्चों पर हम जान क़ुर्बान करते हैं सुबह से शाम, हर दिन बस उनकी ही दिनचर्या का ध्यान घर जो पहले घर लगते थे, अब बन गए हैं मकान नन्हे मुन्नों की मुस्कान पर बलिहारी लेने की गई आदत अब तो बस उनकी हर अदा की फ़ोटो लेने की मिली तबियत कितनी ख़ुशी मिलती है जब हम नया स्टेट्स बदलते हैं अपने जीवन की कोई झलक, बेझिझक प्रकट करते हैं दूर देश बैठ अब हम अपनों से वर्चुअल ही मिल जाते हैं क्योंकि छुट्टियों के दिनों में तो हम बच्चों संग घूमने जाते हैं यह नई संस्कृति हम में एक नयापन संचारित करती है अब साठ के हो, हम बूढ़े नहीं, मदमस्त जवाँ से दिखते हैं कल हमें केवल अपने आदरणीय जन ने था सिखलाया मगर आज हमने अपने भविष्य को नया साकार दिया हमें कोई शर्म महसूस न होती जब बच्चे सिखलाते हमें उनकी ज्ञानवर्धक बातों ने हमारी सोच को नया आकार दिया संस्कार कोई हो, उतना भी बुरा कभी न होता है हमारा अपना दृष्टिकोण ही, हमारी सभ्यता बनता है न करें बुराई किसी की, अपनी सच्चाई में संतुष्ट रहें बस यही गुण अपना कर, न किसी जीव की हत्या करें आज आप हम जैसे भी हैं,प्रसन्न चित्त हो कर जीएँ मान सम्मान बड़ों छोटों का, आदर सहित एक सा करें … Continue reading संस्कार Sanskar
