Baa was sleeping in her room. I was warned before going in as due to bed sores there's a peculiar stench in the room and nobody liked to go near this old woman. Being a healer, I went ahead without any hesitation but was cautious enough to have my face mask on me. Baa was sleeping in a curved position and apparently with the limbs all curved in, it wasn't possible to make her sleep straight. I saw her bed sores, bruised limbs and my heart cried out for this mother figure who was suffering silently as she had stopped speaking days ago.

The participation from the new learners was very encouraging and they all had very valid questions to ask as well. To some extent, most of them had been wondering what one could learn in a forgiveness workshop because in lot of faiths Forgiveness is a practice commonly observed. Some of them revealed that they had been speaking the sentences of forgiveness as a mundane practice without actually feeling it or even understanding its essence and effects on our daily lives....... We got opportunity to give Reiki to the 95 year old Sister Louise who was on the wheelchair. While giving her healing on one of her knees, I silently asked for forgiveness from her and that was a moment of realization for me. At that moment I was guided to ask forgiveness from all those, who have knee and leg problems, those who walk with a limp, those who are imbalanced and in my childhood in my innocence I might have made fun of them. ...... Why did he feel good? Simply by asking forgiveness and forgiving and that’s something he hadn’t done in a long time. Over the years of his success from being a nobody, a poor person he had grown to be a person of name, fame, means and abundance and commanded a fair amount of respect in the Kenyan society. Though consciously he hadn’t harmed or hurt those who ever did that to him, their behaviors in his earlier days started disturbing him in his old and lonely day

हिन्दू मंत्रों व रेकी के साथ वृक्षारोपण मोनिका गोकलदास , केन्या  https://videopress.com/v/WS8rTTDO?resizeToParent=true&cover=true&preloadContent=metadata&useAverageColor=true नैरोबी के एक स्कूल में वृक्षारोपण मत्स्य पुराण में कहा गया है कि एक वृक्ष लगाना, दस पुत्रों को उत्पन्न करने के समान है । हमेशा से वृक्ष मानव जाती व अन्य कईप्राणियों के लिए कल्याणकारी रहे हैं । sikiladi हिंदू धर्म में पीपल, बड़ एवं अन्य कई वृक्षों को महान दर्जा दिया गया है और उनकी पूजा भी की जाती है । न केवल वृक्ष परन्तु पौधों काभी हिन्दू धर्म में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण स्थान जाना गया है । तुलसी के पौधे को माता का दर्जा भी दिया जाता है ।  सनातनी मान्यता रखने वाले हर उपजाऊ वस्तु का आदर करते हैं जिनमें वृक्षों का स्थान महत्वपूर्ण है । जन्म व नामकरण की पूजा सेलेकर मानव की मृत्यु व दाह संस्कार सभी में सृष्टि की यह अनमोल देन किसी न किसी प्रकार सहायक बनती है ।sikiladi हिन्दू धार्मिक ग्रंथों के अनुसार वृक्षारोपण करने वाले को अक्षय पुण्य की प्राप्ति होती है । मेरा रेकी हीलिंग पद्यती जे जुड़े होने के कारणमैंने यह महसूस किया है कि मंत्रोचारण व रेंकी दोनों के प्रयोग से यदि वृक्षारोपण किया जाता है तो उन पौधों एवं वृक्षों के स्वस्थ रूप सेबड़ने की सफलता कहीं अधिक होती है ।  निम्नलिखित मंत्र वृक्षारोपण के समय उच्चारित करना लाभदायक माना जाता है किन्तु कठिन उच्चारण के कारण एक सरल संस्कृत मंत्रसाझा किया गया है ताकि बच्चों को आसानी से सिखाया जा सके :     वृक्षारोपण का मंत्र: “ऊँ  वसुधेति च शीतोती पुण्यदेति धरेति च नमस्ते सुभगे देवि द्रुमोडंय त्वयि रोपते॥”sikiladi सरल मंत्र- “ वृक्षा रक्षति रक्षिता: “ (अर्थ: आप वृक्ष की रक्षा करें एवं वृक्ष आपकी रक्षा करेगा  वृक्षारोपण का निर्देश:  1. सबसे पहले रेकी समृद्ध जल/ पानी तैयार रखें  2. जो गड्ढे खोदे गए अथवा खोदा गया है उससे व धरती माता से क्षमायाचना करें क्योंकि गड्डा खोदते समय धरती मॉ को एवं उस में बसेजीवों को पीड़ा पहुँचाई गई (a)हे धरती माता मैं क्षमा मांगती हूँ(b)हे धरती माता मुझे क्षमा करो। (c) मैं आपको प्रणाम करती/करता हूँd)आपका धन्यवाद करती/करता हूँ ( Ask forgiveness from Mother Earth and from the hollow holes that are dug as while digging we have hurt Mother Earth and beings) (a) I Am Sorry (b) Please forgive me … Continue reading वृक्षारोपण का तरीक़ा
