We may be victims or warriors or survivors or victorious in life: the biggest part is played by us, ourselves.

One has not failed unless one has given up after the failing. The one who steps up after a fall , lifts up and makes another attempt is not a failure. The onus is upon ourselves.

Similarly if one gets sucked into the blame game and feels victimized without trying to emerge out and put in effort shall remain a victim due to his own failings of himself.
