Did you know that the Avocado is the only fruit that contains the healthy heart friendly Monounsaturated Fats that we call the good fats. They are also a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids. Their Beta – sitosterol helps in maintaining healthy cholesterol levels and this fruit also provides antioxidant protection for the eyes.

Dry Roast a handful of mixed seeds (Pumpkin, sesame,flax seeds) and keep aside.
Chop the ripe avocado in tiny bits.
Add in finely diced onion and tomato ( 1 tbsp each)
Season it with lemon juice, sea salt, crushed peppers and mix well.
Transfer to the serving plate and sprinkle with the roasted seeds.
Serve it slightly cooled on the warm toast or use this as a dressing for your salads.
