Time and again we land ourselves up in situations that cause us hurt and trauma of various degrees. Ho’oponopono helps us to bring ourselves back from the unforgiving thoughts about people and situations thus by helping us to come out as a whole, happy soul.
With years of experience having practiced Ho’opono pono as an art of forgiveness and having conducted several workshops over the years I have realized that the hurt may be small or big, the trust in any discipline of healing takes one through the rough ride of life.
I was called once again at Brahma Kumaris Raj Yoga Center within 3 months to conduct yet another workshop, not to add that I also trained a few BK sisters in between the two workshops. My gratitude stands prime for this opportunity and for enabling people upon this path as I start receiving positive feedback from the participants later on. I express my Thankfulness to my guru Kamal Tolia who has trained me enough to practice and train others into the discipline of Reiki as well as Forgiveness.

We know not!
We know not what the morrow shall bring’eth!
Stay not angry!
Stay not hurt!
Bless them and stay curt!
Learn to forgive!
Love with thy heart!
Worry not for those that hurt!
Worry not for them that like thee not!
Cherish the ones that Love thee!
Turn thy life to blissful glee!
Life is short!
Live it with Kindness!
