From planning the event to moderating it was quite a journey for myself as we conceived the idea of organizing a symposium at one of the meetings with members of Women’s Directorate at the HCK premises. While we agreed about several speakers I managed to invite my chosen friends to speak about their journey to success and they readily agreed. No doubt some speakers were new to me yet, their names weren’t new at all.

A few meetings virtual and physical resulted in the thorough planning of the questions to be asked from each speaker, the décor, the refreshments and of course the mementos. Satrupa and I discussed the details while Shveta gave us the instructions. The event was a great success and I must say a confidence booster for myself as well.
