Spicy Thai Salad
A simple Thai salad with a tangy spicy mouthwatering taste. It is cool yet hot and suitable for vegans.
Line the salad tray with crispy salad leaves along with Romaine lettuce.
Slice the English cucumber, carrots, butternut squash, purple cabbage, raw mango and red bullet chilli into strips and arrange them on the bed of lettuce.
Arrange tree tomatoes for garnish along with a generous throw in of roasted peeled peanuts.
Pour over the dressing made with tamarind, dates, salt, chili powder and garlic.
