I am sharing a beautiful “effect of Ishwara’s grace” with you all.
I was gifted an orchid on my birthday in 2022 by someone. Not having too much knowledge about orchids I saw it brightening my sitting room for a few months but then it started wilting and eventually drying out- perhaps I watered it more or less than the required amount.
I didn’t feel like throwing it so placed it in a corner in balcony behind the other plants. I didn’t give it reiki but gave it a visit very often by checking upon it and asking it to grow again. At some time in 2023 I noticed a leaf growing up on the dried stem of the plant. Soon it was two leaves and by early 2024 there were four leaves.
In July 2024 I traveled for a month but ensured my 100 odd plants were watered and the ones that couldn’t be accessed in my absence were taken care of by drip irrigation. When I returned I was happy to notice my plants in good condition but five of them had dried up. Within three days of my arrival I was gifted with samplers of some medicinal plants. I potted the five new plants and that’s when I started giving them reiki everyday.
The neem plant didn’t respond but the rest started growing and leafing. This morning to my surprise when I went to the balcony to speak to my plants I was pleasantly surprised to notice the orchid plant had flowered. I wondered how I had failed to notice the buds appear. After nearly two years of going dry the bloom of orchids was surely a heartening sight. This is nothing but Ishwara’s grace and benevolence of good times to come.
