DREAMS!

Last night as she slept 

She barely got sleep 

She took a few winks🤔

Her mind filled with thoughts 

Of the silent battle she had fought

Something stirred within

She revisited her dreams💭

The dreams were rare and scary now

Yet, she dared to take a peep 

There was an envelope ….

💌Of dreams….

It had dived deep inside the folds ….

Of a tiny little secret pocket..

Of her young heart ♥️

It was placed safe and smelled fresh

As if it was a dried plant ready to shoot

Once again….

And emerge with buds of Hope 🌹

It brought her a smile 

She tried to recollect 

When was it, that she wished those dreams ?

Could it be early childhood ….

Or…..

Through her chirpy teens?

Whatever the case…

It had neatly bundled many a dreams

That little envelope….,

🌙 Full of fancy dreams

Laden with the lace of Hope🤞

Embroidered with ambitions

She woke up…..

She felt better

Though she hadn’t slept

Yet she felt richer 

She felt happier 😍

For….

She had dreamt !

She had caught on with past dreams

She’s hopeful of sailing through …

She had dared once again …

To heal herself and…
