Salads can become mundane in appearance sometimes. To give your salad a perk, make a combination of fruits, boiled beans, blanched and fresh raw veggies and enjoy the crunchy yet soft feel in your mouth as you relish each spoonful of this salad.
In a platter spread a combination of the following:
Blanched green gram sprouts
Boiled red beans
Freshly plucked parsley and mint leaves
Bits of raw mango
Separated skinned bits of Pomelo fruit
Mix together this combination of raw, boiled and blanched ingredients along with the fruits with a dash of salt, pepper and lime seasoning.
